NOTICE TO MEMBERS
CONFIRMATION OF TRANSACTIONS
Automatic issue of written confirmation of the acquisition or cancellation of a financial product will cease from 31 December 2006. This does not affect your normal periodic statements which you will continue to receive. From 1 January 2007 we will be pleased to provide members with written confirmation on request. You may do this by calling our Member Service Centre on 1300 13 1964 during business hours.
